Thank you for inviting me to be a part of this amazing milestone in your lives.

I am proud to witness a promise millions of pairs have made from generation to generation and on, a promise to devote all of who they are to the other. I am proud to see you both make that promise.

And from the many sweetness-es you bring together, I look forward to watching you feed others of it, like the slices of cake and pie that have come from your kitchens. No one around you will hunger of love as you feed others of your love.

As David Mamet said, “We must have a pie. Stress cannot exist in the presence of a pie.”
